首頁 > 華語文教學研究各期目錄 > 六~十卷 > 第二卷第一期(2005.06)漢語的七加減二規律 / On “The Magical Number Seven, Plus or Minus Two” in Mandarin Chinese 作者 Author 宋如瑜 Ru Yu SUNG 關鍵詞 Key words 華語教學,記憶廣度,組塊 Chinese Language teaching, capacity of memory, chunks 摘要 五十年代,認知科學家George Miller,揭示了人的短期記憶廣度是七加減二個組塊。數十年來,仍有不少漢語的語言心理學家質疑此說法。本研究乃是想藉由不同的工具與方式,重新探討此一規律是否也存在漢語中。研究中將以報章雜文、大學生口語對話、華語教材三類不同形式的語料為分析對象,借用計算機的斷詞技術,並選取某些標點符號做為斷句標誌,進行運算。最後得到漢語每句組塊數為6.63~7.97,與George Miller七加減二的記憶廣度相符,並據其結果為華語教學提供建議。 Abstract In the 50s, George Miller, a cognitive scientist, presented the idea that human’s short-term memory could only hold 5-9 chunks of information (seven plus or minus two). During these years, there are some Chinese Language psychologists who are still in doubt of it. This research, using various tools and methods, aims to probe whether this idea exists in Chinese Language. The analysis objects include newspapers and magazines, students’ oral discourses and Chinese Language teaching materials. Besides, it applies the computerized Chinese Word Segmentation Technology and chooses some punctuation marks as the segmentation symbols to proceed the calculation. The result shows that the range of Chinese Word is between 6.63 and 7.97, which is compatible with the Seven Plus or Minus Two Memory Capacity of George Miller and is presented hereby for a proposition to Chinese Language teaching. 內容語文 Language 中文 頁次 Page 85-99 全文下載 Download 無
